Week 4

Hi all, look what arrived today!! THE STAIRCASE, YAY!

It's starting to look more like a room now it's plaster boarded.

This is the girls newly plastered wall.

Hi all, This is Dom putting rock wool into our under eves cupboard...

This floor is all boarded out now so we can walk around in our new room...

This is now all plaster boarded ...

This is where the top of the staircase (which hasn't arrived yet) will be.

Week 3

Hi all,
We've had an exciting week so far; we've got an amazing plumber who can play tunes on copper pipes! He's also installing a new boiler for us; we've got the electrician in the loft and the builders are re-building the girls' bedroom.

The dust has gone now thank goodness so the guys are starting the re-build.
The joists are in, next we'll be putting in the insulation which is filling up the garden at the mo.

Hello everyone,
I thought I'd do a diary/blog to keep you all posted on our progress.
We have now finished week 1 of our loft conversion;
the 'chimbely is down inside and out,
there is a fine layer of dust everywhere even inside the wardrobe
and on our nasty neighbours car (vengence is mine)!

But we're very excited and we'll keep you posted,
